Oakley Capital Private Equity is a private equity firm which invests in and develops mid-market companies in the UK and Europe.

Oakley Capital Private Equity was launched in 2007. Prior to that, members of the investment advisory team managed listed and private investments using public and private capital with similar objectives to today’s private equity fund. A number of these investments were initially acquired as turnarounds and several were strengthened through roll-up acquisition strategies in addition to driving organic growth. Experience with public companies has taught us the complexities of running businesses and enables us to more effectively support portfolio company management teams to generate value. As an investor, we take the operator’s view whilst pursuing value maximisation. Our history has been important in forging our differentiated approach.
